SUMMARY:Neighbor-to-Neighbor Food and Essentials Drives
DESCRIPTION:Tuesdays from 9-11 in the parking area across from the rectory at 4 Riverside Ave. \nHere’s an idea from a couple of recent donors: Having a party? Invite your guests to skip the gifts and bring\, instead\, non-perishables to be donated to neighbor-to-Neighbor.\nOn Tuesday\, July 5\, one donor was dropping off donations from friends who came to a 4th of July party and were told to bring something for N2N. Another donor\, similarly\, brought their guests donations from a 60th anniversary party. One donor\, moving to England\, dropped off lots of non-perishables to the rectory and another\, moving to France\, had another load. Again\, always impressed that new donors show up every week. It’s so heartwarming when people signal to their guests that no gifts are needed\, just contribs to N2N. Thank you all! Great community spirit!\nReminder: No more egg cartons needed.
