“Near and Far: Inspiration through my Lens” Photography Exhibit

An event every day that begins at 10:00 am, repeating until January 11, 2017
Thirty-five members of the Stamford Photography Club will be showing their work at the The Bendheim Gallery through Jan. 11, 2017. The opening reception is Thursday, Nov. 17, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The photographers in the show chose the title “Near and Far: Inspiration through my Lens” because they feel they are at a point where they are constantly seeing and composing photographs in their mind or with their camera, whether it’s while traveling in an exotic foreign country or sitting in their backyard. Seventy-one works in both black and white and color have been chosen for the exhibition, depicting a great variety of subject matter, both natural and abstract.
The photographs are for sale and proceeds will go to the Greenwich Arts Council.
Gallery Hours: Tues.-Fri. 10-4pm; Sat. Sun. Noon-4pm. Closed Monday.
