Mushroom Log Cultivation

Learn about local mushrooms and fungal ecology with this fun, hands-on workshop. Conservation & Outreach Director, Steve Conaway, PhD, will instruct participants on how to inoculate logs with oyster and shiitake mushroom spawn. Participants can bring home their logs for a mushroom harvest the following fall.
