The Edible Spring Garden, presented by Greenwich Community Gardens

March 11, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Let’s get ready to plant those spring crops and experience the tasty world of edible gardening! Greenwich Community Gardens’ own Advanced Master Gardeners, Patty Sechi and Pam Sloane, will guide you down “the garden path” to your own bountiful spring vegetable garden.
Patty and Pam will cover vegetable garden basics: how to prepare and plant your garden beds, selecting the most successful crops for spring planting, and how to plant the “right plant in the right place.” Mindful, organic, and water-conscious gardening practices will also be discussed. There will be a fun hands-on project for everyone to enjoy, as well as a Q&A following the class.

To  reserve a space in this class, please email: info@greenwichcommunitygardens.org.

Fee: $10.00 donation per attendee
