12th Annual Walk / Run for Abilis

The 12th annual Walk/Run for Abilis will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017. Registration information will be available soon.
Whether you run, walk or roll, there are fun activities planned throughout the day and you will experience the spirit of Abilis! The one-mile route is wheelchair and stroller accessible, suitable for all ages and abilities. The 5K run is suitable for runners of all levels and ages. The route is on a certified USATF.CT course that runs along the beautiful park peninsula. Most of the race is on traffic free roads, concrete paths and sandy areas within the Park.
