“Neuroscience Offers New Hope in Treating Bipolar Disorder,” with Dr. Hilary Blumberg

Dr. Blumberg, Director of the Mood Disorders Research Program at the Yale School of Medicine, will discuss the plasticity of the brain, factors that can adversely affect the brain, and research devoted to understanding how suicide behavior develops among individuals with bipolar disorder. Dr. Blumberg will highlight a new psycho- behavioral treatment that can help prevent suffering and suicide. The audience will gain a better understanding of Bipolar Brain Research and new treatments, hope in brain neuroplasticity, and how to help loved ones.
The presentation will be held on Thursday, March 19th, 2020 from 7:30 to 9:00 pm at Greenwich Town Hall, 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich, CT. The presentation is free and open to the public.
