Beautiful Butterflies

Butterflies not only inspire wonder in all who see them, but they also serve a crucial role as pollinators on our planet. Join naturalist Ryan MacLean for a special online webinar to learn about the life histories and biology of these creatures while also discovering how to identify the many species in our area in southern New England. We will then venture outside for a virtual walk through the meadows of Greenwich Audubon Center to look for butterflies, the beautiful native plants they depend on, and also learn how to count them for Community Science.
