Abilis Little Crafters Mommy & Me Class

Abilis is offering a Little Crafters Mommy & Me class for two-to-four year olds on December 17. Classes are $30 and are held at 10:00 a.m. at the Therapy Center at Abilis, 1150 Summer Street in Stamford, Connecticut. The Little Crafters Mommy & Me class is presented by a certified special education teacher specializing in birth to five year-olds. The class features a fun craft, based on a theme each week, which is designed to keep little ones engaged and learning. The class focuses on learning opportunities for fine motor skills, language building and simple teaching techniques parents can bring home.

This class is offered in-person with safety precautions in place, including temperature checks at each class and answering COVID safety questions; six-feet of space between each child/parent set; each class is limited to five children and one parent per child for a total of ten in the classroom; all adults are required to wear face masks; no shared materials — all materials will be individual for each child/parent set.
