Greenwich Alliance for Education Turkey Trot 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Race begins at Arch Street Teen Center, 100 Arch Street

Start Times: 1 Mile – 9:30 AM (sharp)
5K – 10:00 AM

Adults: $25 until November 1, $30 after November 1 (Race Day – $35)
Children (14 and under): $10 (Race Day – $15)

RACE INFORMATION:

• Scenic flat loop in Bruce Park
• Bib tag system by Taconic Road Runners Club for 5K
• 5K – Awards for overall top 3 male & female runners and top 3 finishers in each of 8 age groups
• 1 Mile – Medals for all finishers!
• Race maps: 5k Course Map, 1 Mile Course Map
  

REGISTRATION:

• **Pre-register online. Online registration will close at 6 pm on Thursday 11/24.**
• T-shirt & goodie bag for runners pre-registered by Wednesday, 11/16 and for others while supplies last
• Pick up bibs and bags Friday, November 25, 2-5 PM at the Arch Street Teen Center.
• Registration Fees increase after Nov 1st and on race day so don’t wait!

• Group warm up & stretching begins at 9am and led by Greenwich Track Club
• Run For Your School Competition – Greenwich school with the greatest participation wins a $500 gift card for PE equipment. Be sure to indicate your school when you register. School competition will close at 5:00pm on Friday 11/25.
• Parking Information: Island Beach Municipal parking lot is located on Arch Street across from the teen center. Note on race day Arch Street will be closed for the 1 Mile start. Arrive before 9:15am to avoid delays.
