Operation Santa

In lieu of our 2020 Annual Cos Cob Fire Police Patrol Benefit we’re hoping to spread some holiday cheer with Operation Santa. With a $250 per household donation, Santa along with the Cos Cob Fire Police Volunteers will deliver Christmas gifts on our fire truck with a surprise appearance of The Grinch! The $250 donation fee will provide you with Santa and the firetruck, parents should purchase their own children’s gifts and drop them off at the Cos Cob Firehouse for Santa to deliver at your scheduled time. Santa will deliver gifts at your front door and contactless for safety precautions. All deliveries are restricted to Greenwich addresses only! Please only one gift per delivery address/donation.
December 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th & 20th. Signup times are available below at a first come first serve basis. Dates and times are limited.
Once your Operation Santa delivery time is confirmed with our volunteers, please feel free to drop off pre-wrapped gifts at Cos Cob Firehouse, Wednesdays from 10am – 12pm or Thursdays from 3pm – 5pm. Please make sure all wrapped gifts have the child’s name and a contact number on them so Santa can know who to present each gift to.
Due to Covid-19 children will not be allowed on or in the firetruck. Santa will be dropping your purchased gifts at your front door for children to watch from the safety of your own home. Children are encouraged to watch from the window! When Santa and the crew are back on the firetruck, visitors may come outside to wave and say hello. Masks must be worn at all times.
