Through newspaper articles and other publications from the Museum we will show New Canaan’s reaction to these wars and finally we will highlight some fascinating stories of New Canaan’s heroes involved in conflicts ranging from The French and Indian War to present day operations, including fascinating interviews of a World War II veteran and several of our Vietnam Veterans.
This presentation has been thoughtfully prepared by VFW Post 653 along with Frances and Chris Wilson. We welcome them warmly.
